Customer demand: Sourcing custom Shambhala jewelry
1. Meet
At the Hong Kong Jewellery Show 2019, we met Sara. She is a jewelry designer and is now tapping into the Shambhala jewelry market. She needs to purchase all kinds of Shambhala jewelry, especially Shambhala bracelets.
2 Build trust
After the exhibition, we searched for more than 20 kinds of Shambhala gemstones of different colors and materials in the Chinese market for Sara. We also provided samples of some of the best-selling Shambhala jewelry in the Chinese market.
3 Make sample
Sara chose some Shambhala gemstones and designed them. We contacted the relevant jewelry processing plant to proof according to Sara's design draft.
4 Order production
After the sample was approved by Sara, Sara signed a production contract with us. According to the style and quantity of the contract, we arrange the processing plant for production.
5 QC
When the processing plant completes the order, we arrive at the processing plant for inspection, provide detailed photos, videos, and reports, and send them to Sara promptly.
6 shipment
Sara has also purchased other porcelain in other cities in China, and her porcelain suppliers have sent the porcelain to our warehouse later. We arranged inspections. Then arrange logistics and transportation with Shambhala Jewelry. According to Sara's instructions, all goods will be sent to five countries by courier or by sea.
7 follow-up
As Sara was very satisfied with our service, she introduced us to her porcelain supplier. In the future, Sara's porcelain orders will have direct communication with our porcelain suppliers. We became Sara's professional procurement team in China.
