1. Meet
Paul found our company's official website on Google and then contacted us and told us he wanted to customize a stereoscopic children's book. Because he needed accessories from different materials, he could not complete the procurement plan alone.
2 Build trust
Paul then sent us samples of several three-dimensional children's books. Children's books have plush hand puppets on them, which need to be made individually. You can't find the same doll directly in the procurement market.
3 Make sample
After a week of hard work, we selected a plush toy processing plant and printing plant as the supplier for this purchase. They will complete the sample in ten days.
4 Order production
When the sample is complete, we express the sample to Paul. Paul was very satisfied with the sample. We notified the processing plant to start mass production.
5 QC
The processing plant informed us a month later that they had completed the order. We conducted a careful quality check. In particular, the puppet was carefully examined and tested for how well it could be used with children's books. We have checked and tested the environmental friendliness of paper, ink, and glue for children's books.
6 shipment
After completing the quality inspection, we assisted the customer in arranging the sea transportation.
7 follow-up
Thanks to the pleasant first collaboration, we received customer purchase requests, including children's puzzles, coloring thinners, children's books, and greeting cards.
